TSM The Stretch Method offers massage to improve the health and wellness of your musculoskeletal System. 

Our massage therapist focus on rejuvenating unhealthy, stiff muscles that present with tone, thickening, rigidity and striations. These unhealthy muscles do not function the way they should and typically cause pain and tightness.

Our TSM Licensed Massage therapists provide complementary soft tissue massage techniques that help your muscles  improve elasticity, decrease tone, and heal thickened muscles so they can fire and function more normally. These techniques are only offered inside Stretch Mobility Coach clinics.
