We do not believe in surprises, at least not where money and your health intersect. To that end we will call and check your benefits with us and share those back with you on your first visit. If you should want your benefits prior to your first visit, go to the link at the bottom of this page and download a form that will be helpful in figuring out your benefits.
We accept payment from many insurance companies. We are not contracted with all of them.
In most cases that is a very good thing, as we get to make clinical decisions partnering with you to achieve your goals in the most efficient manner. We won’t have anyone else interfering and telling us what we can and cannot do.
We share our clinical knowledge and expertise with you to help you decide the best, most efficient course of treatment. And if we believe that you need to see a surgeon, get further diagnostic testing or consult another physician or medical provider, we will refer you, coordinating with your referring provider. We work with top notch physicians and providers in and around Cincinnati and can help you get to the right one rapidly.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company for you. We handle the claims paperwork and submission, including follow ups (though on occasion we may need your help). Your portion, including co-payments and deductible payments, are due at the time of service, and we will gladly submit bills on your behalf. Please call us at 513-874-8800 to schedule an appointment and have us check your insurance benefits. We also recommend you check with your insurance carrier to verify your benefits with us.
We are a Medicare Participating Provider. This means we are contracted with Medicare and accept Medicare’s allowed amounts as full payment.
Our Billing office can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, by telephone 513-874-8800, fax 513-672-0519 or by email at Lindsey@stretchphysicaltherapy.com.
Since we don’t like surprises any more than you do, we strongly suggest you independently verify insurance coverage and benefits before your first appointment. Below are links to a few insurance companies that will allow you to view your Physical Therapy benefits. You may need to register and login with them to view your coverage information.
