I came to Stretch on crutches and a boot on my left foot. I could hardly put any weight on my foot. Within a week of therapy I got rid of the crutches and was walking with no pain but still in the boot. Within another week of therapy I finally got out of the boot and started to wear a gym shoe. Though I still had some tightness in my left foot/ankle I was able to walk with minimal soreness. With the help of super nice therapists and their great knowledge of which stretches would help me best. I am now able to perform all activities I used to do before I injured my foot. I will continue to use my Stretch cards to make my foot stronger so that I do not have something like this happen again
